Delivery Information / Returns & Refund Policies



All items will be posted via tracked royal mail service and will be dispatched within 5-7 working days (Monday – Friday not including weekends or bank holidays).



If you have placed an order for one of our items that will go onto back order (often sizes 3XL+), please expect this between 10 and 14 working days. If you have ordered both a back order item and one of our standard delivery items the whole order will be delivered together at the specified back order delivery date. 




Postage is charged at £6 per order.




International Shipping Information




Please contact us directly to organise international shipping. we can talk you through the process and get a precise quote back over to you asap.
International shipping prices vary depending on which country you are ordering from (or having items shipped to). If any customs or import charges occur these are the responsibility of the recipient, these will be charged at the point of delivery. We have no control over these charges as all charges will vary depending on the destination selected.




International parcels are all sent fully tracked and will require a signature upon delivery. If you provide us with contact information we can keep you updated with the progress of your delivery.




Returns & Refund Policies



Our return’s policy is simple and the “no quibbles” guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it direct to us. There is no need to worry if you have had a change of heart with your purchase, just simply pop the item back in the post to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. You are also responsible for the goods while in transit until they reach our offices. Responsibility for loss or damage while in transit shall be borne by you or for you to dispute with your delivery service providers.


Please note however, that all returned goods must be in a full un-used condition and in their original packaging, unless the item(s) are faulty or defective.


Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund (excluding P&P of goods to and from customers delivery address) of the amount paid within 10 days.


You will need to include our returns form in the parcel for us to process your return for you. If this is not in the parcel will be unable to issue a refund.

Items Lost When Returning



Please note that for any items returned to us, we do not hold any responsibility for any lost parcels. We recommend that you use a secure and track able service that many well-known post offices provide.



Faulty Item/s



Any products that you have received with a defect or are received in error, we will be happy to fully reimburse your costs in returning it to us. You shall be responsible for any other service that was provided to you.
